I find it fascinating that "the web archive" has even my site archived.  How do they do it for a database drive site?  How much storage must they have?

It's amazing.  As an example, here's an archive of this very forum:

You would think this would set up some legal issues like copywrite infringment claims.

heh.. yeah... and there were so many non-monkey gals that i've been very busy to save em all... (elaine can be soo jealous )
or in other words... some private servers, my main desktop pc, and even my notebook (respectively their harddisks) crashed and i'm still working on the backups with hindsight

lol... would be great... then i could blame someone else.. but no... ext3 is just a filesystem which doesn't like to be a long time completely full and to lose the power supply in such a moment
